Inspired by Hiroshige Utagawa - "Inokashira no ike Benten no yashiro" The work depicts a quotation from Hiroshige's "Inokashira no ike Benten no yashiro (Inokashira Pond Benten Shrine)" which is the No. 87 scene in "Meisho Edo Hyakkei (One Hundred Famous Views of Edo). At the time, the pond was so large that the mountains in the distance could be seen, but currently it is the large park with nature park, where wild birds gather. Only the Benten-do, depicted in the center, has remained unchanged.
